At The MOVEMENT, we fuse somatic principles with popular movement genres, making deeper body awareness accessible to all. We introduce these concepts in small doses, with the option to explore further through personalized 1:1 sessions.

Discover the class that aligns with your goals—spaces are limited, and our classes are intentionally kept small to ensure personalized attention.

  • The ideal choice if you want a personalized movement plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Sessions can be virtual, in person or a hybrid of both. This program design is typically 1-2x per week for a 6-8 week period and includes a movement assessment and a personalized movement program.

  • For wellness professionals that would like to learn more about how somatic movement can be used as a supplement tool for therapy, trauma work or nervous system work. Book a 60-minute education session for your team or group.
